Group Outings
Wayne Hills Country Club is the ideal place to hold your corporate or
group outing. Whether you have 16 or 200 golfers, Wayne Hills can
accommodate your needs.
The rates for group outings are:
- 41-79 golfers - $40 per person
- Over 80 golfers - $38 per person
- Carts are mandatory and included in the price.
Outings granted charity status by the Board of Directors receive a $5
discount from the applicable regular rate.
Requests for SHOTGUN starts must be approved by the Board of Directors.

Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to group outings. By submitting
the request form below, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and
conditions.
- A $200.00 deposit is required and must accompany fact sheet to hold
your date. No exceptions. This is a non-refundable deposit and will be
applied to your balance due. Deposits will be refunded only if the golf
course is closed due to weather conditions.
- No food or alcoholic beverages are to be brought onto club property.
- The final number of golfers and balance of money due MUST be
received by WHCC seven days prior to event. All checks are payable to
WHCC, Inc.
- All group rates are guaranteed and are exclusive of any increases or
decreases in fees that may occur after booking.
- All Golfers are required to wear soft spiked or spikeless shoes on
the course. The Pro Shop can arrange to change spikes for a nominal
charge.
- Appropriate attire is required on the golf course. No cut-offs,
short-shorts or tube tops will be allowed. Collared golf shirts are
required for men. Jeans are allowed before Memorial Day and after Labor
Day.
